Today we are sad. We had to have our 17 year old cat Harry put to sleep today. :( He was doing very poorly lately, and it was time to say goodbye so he wouldn't suffer. We will miss him.

I'm so sorry, Jill. I know that was the last thing you wanted to do, but I would agree that you did the right thing. Had he been much younger, all the tests and such probably would have helped. Maybe you guys can get a kitty?! I hope your kids are doing okay and you as well.
Thanks Stef...it was pretty sad, but I know it was for the best. The kids are already asking to get a kitten! :)
So sad for you guys. We know what it's like to lose a pet and it's never easy.
