It's already the end of the first full week of January, and I'm finally updating our blog! We had our New Year's Eve party last week, with a little bit smaller crowd than normal, but still fun.
We got the Christmas decor all put away, and started school this week. It's always rough to get back into the swing of things after the Christmas season (and sad to put the decorations away) but it's a new year and here we go!
Nathan and Tim are preparing for their Certificate of Merit Evaluation coming up next month. They have several piano pieces to learn and/or memorize, so they are working hard with that.
We're back into all of our regular stuff (TaeKwon-Do, piano lessons, gymnastics etc) and Kenny's back to work after having two light weeks during the holiday season. So, it's back to reality. :)

Totally know that "back to reality" feeling! It was definitely a difficult week, but good in some ways too. We were grateful for the weekend to rest & relax though! :)
